Our Process

GES will conduct independent Red Team Reviews of data, metrics, notes of various parties, POAMS, and KPIs. Further site visits when applicable, will be arranged to validate the information and to conduct limited and targeted deck plate observations, interview stakeholders, and then present findings to SIB.  As a result, GES will provide recommendations for improvement.
