- Always ask “How are we doing in our process today? How can we be more productive?”.
- A record is keep of the ideas generated and the decisions made.
- The meeting notes indicate who has agreed to do what, and by when.
- No interruptions.
- Those in attendance consider whether anyone else should be involved in the decisions or meetings and, if so, who.
- At the end of the meeting, people review and confirm who will be doing what before the next meeting.
